QUALITY POLITICS

ANJOSA’s Management considers it necessary to establish, implement and maintain a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, applicable to all our products. This system ensures that the expectations of customers and other interested parties are met, as well as compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, with the aim of achieving the following objectives:

  • To demonstrate ANJOSA’s capability throughout development, manufacturing and distribution, in accordance with the technical specifications detailed in the order/contract, to manufacture a product whose high level of quality meets customer requirements.
  • Service to our customers. Meeting order delivery dates is a priority for ANJOSA’s Management.
  • Although the company manufactures seasonal products (cushions and parasols), it is absolutely essential to maintain production as stable as possible throughout the year, so that orders are delivered reliably and on time on the agreed dates.
  • To continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, thereby improving the quality of the products we supply by addressing every aspect of the manufacturing process that affects that quality.
  • To promote prevention over correction. To control the manufacturing process and prevent cases of nonconformity.
  • To improve the efficiency and coordination of ANJOSA’s different activities, and therefore its overall effectiveness.
  • To keep up with market developments in technological innovation, materials and working methods in order to improve the product at a low cost.
  • Staff training is important to secure ANJOSA’s future. Having qualified personnel contributes to product conformity.

These objectives can only be achieved, maintained and improved through the commitment and individual participation of each member of Management. For this reason, Management requires the contents of the Management System to be implemented by each employee within their area of responsibility, and provides the necessary resources to do so. All section heads and supervisors must be involved in the process of understanding, applying and maintaining the level of quality, through information and training, so that they take part in improving the product manufacturing process.

In order to implement and maintain the Quality System, Management appoints the Quality Manager as “Management Representative”. She has full authority and complete powers, within the scope of her responsibilities, to carry out the following actions:

  • To establish and maintain the processes needed for the Quality Management System.
  • To ensure that awareness of customer requirements is promoted at all levels of the company.
  • To involve the management of the external workshops we work with in new methods to improve ways of working, based on the application of the Quality Management System.
  • To ensure that the Policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels, sustaining a high level of motivation and sense of responsibility among middle management.
  • To identify all quality-related problems. To propose, promote and verify the effectiveness of the actions to be taken to resolve them.
  • To suspend any company activity that could be detrimental to product quality.

The Quality Manager keeps the company’s Management informed about the performance of the Quality Management System and any need for improvement.

Signed: Ángel Gracia (General Manager)
